Blackbird Cottage is very welcoming and comfortable and comes well equipped throughout Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away! A beautifully presented family house, with attractive gardens and private parking. Blackbird Cottage is very welcoming and comfortable and comes well equipped. It is ideally located for all local amenities including the shops, pubs and the beach and so this property makes for an excellent family holiday base.
