This fabulous restored schoolhouse is 2.75 miles from the village of Astee, 4.5 miles from the seaside resort of Ballybunnion which is renowned for its world famous golf links. It is restored to a very high standard, yet keeping its traditional stonework and charm. It has wooden beams in the lounge, cosy bedrooms and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Lots to do in the surrounding areas with a beautiful beach only a stroll away. Ideally located for touring Limerick, Clare and Kerry. A little gem of a home in a great location! A camera is a must. Shop. Pub 1.9 miles. Restaurant 7½ miles. Beach 1232 yards. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, twin with ensuite shower room, bathroom.
